SAFFRON & MINT SYRUP

Ingredients:

  • 180 gram Mint 
  • 2 glasses Sugar 
  • 2 glasses Water
  • 2 tbs Brewed saffron      
  • 1 tbs Lemon juice            

Instruction:

Mix water and sugar together and put it on high heat until it boils quickly. Then add mint. If you want your work to be easier, you can tie the mints in bunches with thread and throw them in the pot. Wait for about 30 to 45 minutes until the syrup thickens. Then add lemon juice and saffron. Turn off the flame and keep it in the refrigerator after straining and cooling.
